What we develop, we have applied ourselves — before transferring it into standardised systems. The operational knowledge accumulated over years of field experience is translated into formulations that perform under real conditions: nature-based building blocks, reconceived on physical and scientific foundations. Biodegradable systems can achieve the same physical targets as synthetic ones. Demonstrating this is what drives us.

Biopolymer protective systems for defined application scenarios
The portfolio is continuously expanded. Each system is based on the same raw material classes — combined for a specific physical target behaviour.
Sprayable biopolymer two-layer system for the conservation of snow depots. No fleece, no removal, no microplastic issue.
Preventive biopolymer layer systems for fire-risk areas. Moisture conservation, endothermic cooling effect — without PFAS, without halogenated agents.
Mineral and fibre systems for structural interlocking in unstable soils. Construction sites, arid locations, steep slopes — toolbox principle instead of a one-size-fits-all product.
Sprayable barrier layer systems for landfills, contaminated sites and mining spoil heaps. Cement-free, no geomembrane, no removal obligation — optionally with vegetation-compatible top layer.
Nature-based binder systems for cohesionless surfaces. Gravel plants, access roads, sand substrates — dust suppression without synthetic polymers.
Physical control of the microclimate in the germination horizon — albedo, insulation effect and moisture regulation as a response to climatic shifts.

Biopolymer Solutions GmbH develops nature-based polymer systems for use in landscape management, infrastructure and soil protection. The focus is on the targeted combination of biopolymer, organic and mineral raw materials into defined formulations and layer systems.
Developed systems are licensed to system partners or delivered as contract development for industrial clients. Operational application competence is anchored within the group through SR Begrünungstechnik GmbH (Germany) and feeds directly into formulation development.
